BACK HOME

Given the peculiar and irregular shaped plot, our proposal focused on creating large and bright spaces. We can clearly distinguish 4 main parts of the property: night areas, patio, dinning-living room/kitchen and terrace. These visibly differentiated areas are communicated with each other since there are no clear-cut boundaries: It’s a single space consisting of a courtyard, lounge-dining room-kitchen and terrace. The staircase, which does not give the sensation of narrowness, is an important element. This resulted in a single-family house with very versatile rooms.
