BACK HOME

We came across a house built in 1950 with strong characteristic elements such as the central patio- which joins and organizes the rest of the rooms- the back yard, the “fake” door and spacious rooms. Our work was based on finding the true identity of the house by bringing out original materials that had been hidden in previous refurbishments. The incorporation of new materials was also given lots of thought and successfully integrated modern and current elements in the project. The distribution of new rooms and spaces has not modified in any way the openings and hollow spaces of the central patio.
