Blending of cultures. We found a pre-existing building in which the courtyard was uninhabited and could be used as storage room. It had not been in use. We combined the concept of "domestic" Andalusian patio with a public place. We worked on it as if it were a house. We added colour, symbols and traditional elements. Everything changed. The patio is the supporting element. It is a dynamic, changing and overall pleasant space. A fresh atmosphere is enhanced by colours such as white and indigo— a colour of Mediterranean memories; a decoration that is simple and not overdone with raw elements such as jute and nea sacks, wooden shutters, etc.
